We had the chance to capture a holiday party at the Belasco for the Women’s Hospitality Collective. This group brings together female event professionals across Los Angeles. Because their community is so strong, the energy felt instant and welcoming. Guests arrived ready to mingle, create, and celebrate the season together.

The Belasco is known for rock concerts and big sound. However, it transformed beautifully for this event. Warm lighting, festive details, and busy activity stations filled the space. The venue’s dramatic character gave everything extra sparkle. As a result, every corner felt photo-ready and alive.

Throughout the night, guests jumped into hands-on fun. Wreath designing brought out everyone’s creativity. Cookie decorating added a playful, nostalgic touch. Meanwhile, the food spread impressed from start to finish. Cocktails flowed quickly, which kept conversations buzzing. In addition, a custom engraving station personalized ornaments on the spot. Those small keepsakes became instant favorites.

The most meaningful part was the nonprofit feature. The event highlighted DWC, the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles. Their social enterprise supports women through job training and pathways out of homelessness. Because the mission was woven into the celebration, it felt purposeful and uplifting. Guests learned, donated, and connected with the cause in a natural way.

Later in the evening, the party closed with a raffle and prizes galore. Excitement built with every ticket called. Smiles spread across the room, and the cheers got louder each round. It was the perfect reminder that community can be both fun and impactful. We loved documenting this holiday party at the Belasco from beginning to end.
