I want your wedding photos to mirror what makes your relationship beautiful, and that’s why I pick up on the tiniest of details to make that happen. Are you tender and affectionate? Is your idea of “romance” sharing a beer and play-fighting in the park? Let’s capture what makes you, YOU. It’s how we’ll get photos that show your real personality as individuals and as a couple.
I can switch from silly to sentimental in the blink of an eye
Which means I read every room closely, ready to adapt to moods and moments as they arise. Sometimes that means capturing tears as they start to fall during your vows. Other times, it’s following your bridal party to the bathroom so they can help you get through layers of your dress and onto the toilet. I’ve seen it all and I’m here for it.

For me, that's the correct order of operations. It’s the difference between capturing authentic smiles and laughs in real-time, and interrupting your dance floor twerk-off just to say, “Stop and smile for me!” I don’t think so. This is your wedding we’re talking about. My #1 priority is making sure you feel fully present on the day you’ve dreamt of since childhood.
Daria is SUCH a wonderful photographer. There are so many words to describe her and I can’t even begin to express how truly mesmerized I am by not only her work, but also her charisma and who she is!
When we saw Daria’s portfolio we were floored. She takes all these incredibly emotional shots and her edits are marvellous. Her photos capture feeling and do not look staged, because they aren’t.
Daria has a unique ability to capture moments that no one would even notice or think about. Her quality of work surpasses so many photographers in the industry. I myself am a photographer can not recommend Daria enough.

How would you describe your photography style?
As a Los Angeles wedding photographer, I’ve got a photojournalistic style and hand-edit every image to keep it true to life. I don’t do light and airy, dark and moody, or any other “presets” you’ve probably seen on TikTok. Also, I do my best work when I’m capturing moments, not “pretty” things. I’ll admit it, flatlays and I don’t play very nicely.
On the topic of retouching: I do minor retouching like removing blemishes and the odd stray hair, but I’ll never alter your natural appearance. You deserve to know how amazing (and seriously good-looking) you are.
I’m awkward in front of the camera and my partner HATES being in photos. Help.
Don’t worry, I hear this all the time. I’ve got your back with a process that’ll have you feeling comfortable and relaxed from the start. I’m not going to over-pose you down to the last finger for formal photos. Just show up as yourself — I’ll take care of the rest. You won’t even notice me after a while.
Do you have experience photographing cultural and/or religious ceremonies?
I’ve captured various cultural and religious ceremonies, including multi-cultural ceremonies — where both partners bring elements of their culture to merge traditions in a new, beautiful way. I am always sensitive to understanding and respecting all customs to ensure a seamless experience.
Do you photograph LGBTQ+ couples & celebrations?
Duh.
Do you offer videography?
While I do not offer video services directly, I have a reliable network of video professionals that I frequently work with and trust to deliver top-quality video to my couples. It’s important that your photographer and videographer work well together and communicate to stay out of each other’s shots on your special day. If you’re looking for a videographer, let's chat.
My partner and I have different skin tones. Do you know how to photograph us so that we both look our best?
Absolutely. I’ve taken hours of workshops to make sure I capture you and everyone else’s skin tone in their most accurate, beautiful light.
Long story short: It depends. Quite a few factors go into tailor-making a package that accomplishes all of the unique needs of your day, so please reach out and we can chat through different options. For quick ballpark numbers: My wedding packages begin at 5400.
