Donut Digital: Social Media Agency’s Company Retreat in Bel Air

This company retreat in Bel Air was SO much fun. Donut Digital may win the award for most fun company culture ever. The creative media agency operates nationwide. These youthful faces are the masterminds behind many of the marketing campaigns you’ve probably seen on social media!

Day 1

To kick off the company retreat, the Donut Digital team gathered at a private residence in Bel Air. The views were astounding! Everyone dressed in a “mafia” theme (in keeping with social media trends). It was interesting to see people’s different takes on the theme.

Day 2

On day 2 of the retreat, the real party began! Team members created scrapbooked yearbook pages, complete with a vote for various superlatives within the company. Afterwards, there was a photo booth and plenty of dancing and drinks! It was so much fun watching the team celebrate together. It was obvious that everyone at the agency was close and felt comfortable being themselves with one another. Work hard, play harder!

Someone even broke out the limbo stick!

And did I mention….there was dancing??

For those who wanted a quieter experience, the private residence had its very own pool room. I’m not sure anyone actually knew the rules of pool, but they sure had fun!

Day 3

The theme of 3 was competition. The agency broke down into teams and competed for prizes and awards in a variety of different games. Games included a marshmallow cup grab, balloon popping contest, potato sack race, and so much more. Let me tell you, teams got COMPETITIVE with it. I can’t say there was no cheating happening, but all is fair in love and war?
