Day 2 of Gray Television’s conference brought excitement as the team moved from The London West Hollywood to Universal Studios Hollywood. Capturing event photography at Universal Studios is one of my favorite ways to make a “WOW” impact on corporate teams.
The celebration began with a lively cocktail hour, where a mariachi band and dancers greeted attendees. Music, laughter, and drinks filled the air as colleagues mingled and celebrated together. What a way to make an impression!
After the cocktail hour, the group embarked on an exclusive tour of Universal’s legendary backlots. They explored iconic sets where Hollywood classics like Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho and Steven Spielberg’s Jaws were filmed. Walking through these historic locations gave attendees a glimpse into the magic of filmmaking and made for unforgettable photo opportunities.
Once the tour wrapped up, the team gathered for a private dinner on one of the studio lots. Dining at such an iconic location added a unique and memorable touch to the evening. The dinner provided the perfect setting for colleagues to connect, share stories, and reflect on their experiences.
Every moment of the evening captured the spirit of celebration and camaraderie. The mariachi music, film history, and intimate dinner created an atmosphere that felt unique and different, and very LA! Attendees left with new connections, memories, and a deeper sense of teamwork.
Universal Studios provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate the success and unity of Gray Television’s national team. These moments will serve as lasting reminders of the power of in-person connection and shared experiences.
